Our company helps people find the best car financing rates. We are striving to have the friendliest, fastest, and most helpful customer support in the industry. Your role would be to call all new customer leads in a timely fashion and make them feel good about doing business with us. Basically you will just thank them for their inquiry, built some rapport, then assign them to the next available member of our sales team. This job requires that you have strong phone skills, a friendly attitude, and basic proficiency with web browsing and sending emails. Besides talking on the phone you will have to update an online record where we track what happens to each one of our leads as they journey to become a customer. We are hoping to have you work from 9am to 5pm mountain standard time, Monday thru Friday to start, with more hours potentially available as things progress.
