I'm looking for a experienced electric / electronics specialist in UPS and batteries to help me to design an economic solution for backup 2 computers, 2 monitors, 2 pos, 2 printer, 1 pbx, 1 router, 1 switch, 5 access points, for at least 4 hours when commercial power was cut. It's not usual event, but it can happen once a month, so I would need that solution feeds with energy for at least 4 hours. I prefer someone who has experience, because you should take into account several parameters in ups, battery, etc like current float of battery, battery should never run out of energy, discharge curve of battery affected by temperature, etc
I measured the circuit where all these loads are working with a current meter clamp. The total current measured were 2.5A / 221v and power factor around 0.8. Total power is around 442w
I was thinking to use for this application :
- VLRA or gel battery
- Pure sine inverter charger
Pure sine inverter charger has the function to conmute between commercial energy and battery energy.
I would like to use the products that are available on market like the pure sine inverter if you have a better idea for this project, I would like to know your propose.
