Hello, We are looking for someone who can essentially take the game theory conclusions and definitions outlined in this research paper: http://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~pturrini/Articoli/grossiturriniJAAMASrevised and to make a MATLAB or Mathematica model that allows input of historical data (perhaps import/exports data of two countries) and is able to make recommendations for the choices that each "player" should make. We need someone who has some economics experience and understands dependance theory, but also knows the basics of game theory.

You will help us find structural breaks of fiscal policies such as education and health care reform, reforms on legal rights laws and a few other things across ~120 countries over the past 3-4 decades. The procedure might be much easier than you would think. We have already collected all the data on education and health spending, legal variables etc. You only need to identify "jumps" in the data (e.g., spending on education as % of GDP jumped from 2% to roughly 5% and stayed there afterwards), and then google if there was a reform or change of regimes/laws around that time. Then you record information of that reform. Deliverable: A spreadsheet with all information of reforms across countries over the past 4 decades.
