You are a creative and tech-savvy instructional designer who is excited about designing and delivering highly engaging e-learning content to one of the largest virtual teams in the Philippines (500+ members, all work-from-home contractors). In your role, you will work with the greater training and development team, and be a key business partner to operations. Your mission: bring to life training courses, job aids, and reference materials for diverse end users (from agent-level to senior management). You have strong design principles, a strong grasp of adult learning methodologies, and are familiar with the latest e-learning tools and trends.
Work with internal business partners to assess training needs and gather comprehensive company- and job-related knowledge for translation into e-learning curricula
Use informed instructional design principles to build highly engaging and effective e-learning content (includes: presentations, instructional activities, digital media, knowledge checks, job aids, etc.)
Create beautiful storyboards and use the latest e-learning technology and practices to bring training and learning content to “life”
Continuously improve the learning cycle by measuring training effectiveness in partnership with operations
Build and manage a comprehensive and up-to-date library of e-learning assets (includes self-developed courses and MOOC content)
At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning course development in a corporate or institutional environment
Demonstrated graphic design expertise and toolkit (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captiva, etc)
Experience using e-learning authoring tools (i.e. Camtasia, Adobe Captivate)
Experience recording and editing audio/video for e-learning assets
Basic knowledge of web publishing
Reliable computer/laptop and internet speed of at least 3 mbps
Ability to provide services at least 40 hours per week
Metro Manila location preferred
