We are a new rural High Speed Internet company. When we started this venture our plan was to string coax on the utility poles that go past each house with about 5 linear miles for 165 homes. We had everything planned out for the coax build (We have permits for the poles and plans for what amps and taps go where). Our model has changed since we started, and we are now a WISP operating in the area as a short term step. We are now ready to start building out the cable system. Looking into it we see that fiber optics to the home may actually be the better way to go, for the benefit of reliability at not much more cost. We need to learn the cost difference between fiber VS coax. We would like a specific parts list to use in the entire system.

We need someone who knows T1, EOC, Fiber, VoIP, POTS, DSL, Broadband, Fixed Wireless, CDMA, Dual WAN routers, SaaS, ITaas, DaaS and more. As a project manager. Someone who can solve these problems, but that understands how to use our vendors to solve the problems instead of solving them themselves. We are MSP's that sell many digital products to clients in a white label fashion. We are a stable company with all of our current employees with us for at least 1 year or more. Pay is determined after interview and skill assessment. We believe in paying lower than average during trial period, and then higher than average after trial period so that we get the right people and we keep them.

Hello, I put the attached map with all points that FTTH project has to attend. For each point marked on the map attached, will be 4 customers (ONTs). I need the complete project in QGIS software called, it needs to know how many meters of fiber will be needed. I also need to know how many splitters and the like will also be needed. It is important that the "last mile" is to drop optical fiber. At this very project that is delivered this:   1 - Quantity meters of optical fiber required;   2 - Number of splitters;   3 - Number of meters, optical fiber type drop cable;   4 - Number of any other item required to operate this FTTH network;   5 - Recommended OLT;   6 - ONU / ONT recommended;   7 - QGIS file with all mapped information;

I am looking for a long-term relationship with an engineer familiar with backhaul and fronthaul dark fiber designs for wireless carriers in the U. S. Verizon Wireless experience (either as a vendor or employee) is strongly desired. The designs will support "fiber to the cell" and "fiber to the node" projects. These projects can all be designed remotely and supported with field engineers we already have in place, if needed. The initial proposal designs are submitted in KMZ format and the final designs are in CAD format. This position could become full-time and permanent based on performance.
