I need the functionality to be to Create invoices to send "employers" via email Employers can go from their email inbox to pay a bill. We have our accounting wave accounting software for a real estate management company. We'd like to move all the transactions, accounts, and categories to wave accounting software. 1) Transactions are from 2013 to 2016 2) We have 5 different accounts. 3) We have a large number of categories for liabilities: . We create a new liability for each new apartment we administer or rent. 4) We are using two currency . US dollars and Chilean pesos. There are transactions in both currencies. 4) We have many transfers between accounts including between Chilean peso and US dollar accounts. We would also like to do reconciliation on the accounts so the balance in the software matches the balance on bank. We'd like to have everything setup property and then give us a video tutorial how we should be using the software correctly (currently we add rent payments as liabilities since the bulk we pay to the landlords and split off our % commission. maybe there is a better way to account this in the software).
