I want to know if we can use it as a 4-axis (Rotational) and call it out in the G-Code as “A” for angle. Examples of valid values would be; A90 (4th axis rotates clockwise by 90 degrees) A-90.0 (4th axis rotates counterclockwise by 90 degrees) A180000.0 (4th axis rotates clockwise and entire revolution ten times)

The final splined model will then allow them to fine tune the shape if they need to but, more importantly, they will then be able to port the shape into HSM to be able to mill the shapes. Ideally, they want the g-code to be able to auto-update when the spline model is changed slightly.
