Here is the process I am trying to achieve : Our graphic designers will create a vehicle wrap design for our customers (and prospective customers). Once the design is complete they will log into their dashboard account, on our website, and upload the files into our system. Our website system will automatically upload the design files into the 3d engine, and create a 3d OBJ file. NOW, the goal is to also automatically update the video, to update the template/placeholder blank 3d obj model vehicle with the newly created 3d obj vehicle that represents the company in question. We will then send out the proposal to the customer with both the 3d model, and the updated video. This way they can see what they will be getting, and how it would look in a real world environment.
