Background: I have an existing google spreadsheet script called "Email Reminder" that prompts a user for a year. Once the user chooses a specified year, it will create a new tab prefilled with the dates for every Sunday of that year. I'd like to build an enhancement to this existing script. Enhancement Request: 1. Script will continue to create a list of Sunday dates for the entire year specified. 2. Script will randomly assign 3 helpers from the "Helpers" tab for each Sunday into the Helpers column. 3. Script will evenly distribute the helpers over the entire year. In other words, there shouldnt be helpers who are assigned a lot more days than others in order to keep it fair. 4. There are some helpers who are married to each other. Therefore, an assignment for Sunday cannot include a 2 people that are married. This is specified in the "Married to" column on the Helpers tab.
