I am looking for an extremely talented, creative and logical thinker with strong experience in mechanical engineering, product design, 3D rigging, knowledge of polymers, geometric tessellation, motion flow and of course, excellent 3D modeling and rendering skills. I have a creative concept for a product that I would like to model with different possibilities. My current goal is to do proof of concept. The person must be very thoughtful, committed, enthusiastic, responsive, willing to experiment and be patient with iterations, revisions and changes. I see this as a medium-term project for about couple of months till I am able to solidify the proof of concept. If the work goes well, I want to continue to maintain a longer-term relationship with you for other projects I have in the pipeline. I will also be collaborating very closely with you.

We are looking for an expert in robotics and factory automation to join our team. We're looking for advice and expertise on how to solve certain automation and mechanical engineering problems as the project progresses. We would like someone that has dealt with these problems before and is therefore able to quickly find the right solution, guided by experience. For example, we would like to purchase an industrial robot and add one or two extra rotational axes. Do we buy a motor and controller from the manufacturer or from someone else? Do we design the rotational axes from scratch or are existing designs likely to exist? We're also planning to add several conveyors. We'll need to choose carefully which conveyor type and how it's purchased or made. At the moment, we're a new company without funding (yet) and so we have to be very resourceful in how we design our systems to stay within a budget we can prototype, test and purchase on a small budget. This is a long term position. If you're the right person to join our team, the upside potential for your position is high. In addition to automation expertise, we're looking for additional mechanical engineers that are extremely good at Solidworks.
