It does not have to be totally custom development. You can pick any wordpress, joomla, etc. I also want the content to be written. I do have much inputs for the content. What I can do is to suggest few web sites of similar businesses that we are modeling after. You can take the concept out of it and write 2000-3000 words content and logically structure it for placing it on web site. Of course the content need to SEO optimized.

We have a website already built with Paypal integration. I need to change the payment plugin to a new paypal account. We use Moolah but believe this is an old version. This should be a very easy fix for an experienced Joomla and Paypal expert.

Use an existing framework such as Joomla or Drupal (Any CMS is Okay). Program and customize the CMS to provide a case management system with some basic accounting features for law firms. Site will require multiple logins, each with it's own partitioned storage space for files and information. A database structure will also be required to store the information for each case. Additional functions to include: generation of pre-filled forms based on the information entered into the application, email functionality, and the ability to calculate costs and track changes. The web application must also be secured to HIPPA standards.

Some of the options might be: Joomla and plugins, Wordpress and plugins, Magneto and plugins, ShareTribe, Shopify, custom developed solutions, etc. My requirements (as of now) are: * the website will sell 1 type of niche service (let us say one niche topic consulting). * Consultants will sign up and fill out their profile, meet certain criteria, be approved by management, then choose their hourly rate, different hourly packages, bulk discount of purchasing a bundle of hours, etc. * Consumers will use a questionnaire / filtering...
