We require a confluence blueprint to be developed so that our current company manuals can be recreated. These should resemble the current manual layouts, with the ability to be exported as a PDF document (with live, auto numbered headings, pages and content marking etc).
We would like each manual to have the company logo and title visible on the first page, together with a list/table of revision history, and the table of contents generated automatically and the same details when exported to PDF.
The "Manuals" blueprint will be used when new manuals are created, and should be easy to use and well structured (as per the template and sample manual attached). The blueprint will need to be well documented in case of future development needs.
The usual Confluence features (revision history, revert to previous version etc) should be available. The following is also required:
*) automatic numbering of headings
*) table of contents including the heading numbers
*) easy to use/follow template
*) each recreated manual to be a space itself, which will be a subspace of the main "Manuals" space we have created. This is nothing onerous as the subspace addon only seems to organise the spaces in a layout/view context.
The following addons are installed in our confluence site:
Draw.io Confluence Plugin
IT System and Application Catalogue
Confluence PlantUML Plugin

There are a total of 36 manuals that need to be recreated, but we can agree at a minimum 12 of these to be in scope for this job, and we can later agree a mutually acceptable extra for completing the remaining items. The confluence site is locally hosted and access can be provided in limited time windows to be mutually agreed, or alternatively we are happy to process files/settings you require us to.
A sample of an accounting manual is attached.
