We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM installed with integrations to our online store and veterinary medical record systems. We are able to navigate to the data that we need, but it is not intuitive and the interface is terrible. We need someone to help us design a better user interface and user experience that is more attractive and functional. We need a casual employee to help us with this initial sprint and future sprints as we build more functionality into our CRM to help us create a better user interface for the functionalities we are creating.

Hi All, Seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Consultant to assist a friend / client of mine. The client has 3 key issues they need to resolve :- 1. Something is "filling up"their CRM system. This could be something done in error by an unskilled member of staff. We need you to review the CRM storage, advise what has chewed up all the space & fix the problem. 2. The CRM seems to have generated lots of duplicate records... this problem has been fixed but there are still duplicate records. We need this fixed. 3. The client needs an effective email template solution. What they have isnt working (office 365 / outlook) to interface with Dynamics and mail merge. The current issue I have is with workflow system jobs. I created a workflow called Lead Score, which scored my leads. The issue was I think I built the workflow wrong, so it never completed all the tasks and hung. Anyway I noticed that it was creating loads of system jobs. 5000+ system jobs sometimes just on one lead. So the system must have 10s of thousands of jobs which was slowing the system. I have tried deleting them, via the lead record, via the bulk delete, via other methods, but this did t work. I tried pausing the workflow; I tried cancelling them, I tried loads of things but couldn't figure it out. I've now deleted the workflow called Lead Score thinking that would remove the system jobs and fix it, but these system jobs remain. The issue is, I cannot upload any new data i.e. upload XML new Accounts because the system was still saying waiting for resources. I've checked Async Process on the Server, and that's working. I tried restarting Async process. I tried running a script on the SQL to delete the workflow but for me, that was all new and a little scary not knowing what I was doing. I can't seem to be able to remove these system jobs... So it frees up resources... So that's the current issue I need to solve. I need this issue resolving asap. I will grant access to my server using TeamView so that​ you can access the CRM server, SQL server, plus login to CRM as normal.
