Project Overview: Two years ago, my partner built an excel-based model for a few big construction companies in the north east United States. They basically use it to enter in daily reports, look up reports by day and by item, invoice the state/county/town, and invoice their sub-contractors. There have been numerous requests for him to transform this into a website and allow them the convenience of updating their reports on-site or remotely from their office along with tracking their team's projects. It's actually very basic at its core. It's just entering data, storing it in a database, and then being able to query the database. It's as simple of an idea as that, and people are willing to pay good money for this. Fast forward to today, we are now (officially) working on implementing this system. However, we’ve been slowed down, as both of us have many other commitments. We have a framework built around the core features, but we need someone to help step in and finish some of the UI design and back-end coding. We have worked with a developer from upworks here in the past and overall it was a good experience, so we're looking here again for someone to help us complete the project. The project is built on the Microsoft Stack using ASP.NET MVC architecture, so this is an absolute must have. Other desirable experience will include SQL Server, Entity Framework, Javascript, and Jquery. Requirements: • C# • ASP • MVC Preferred Additional Experience: • SQL Server (Design and query) • Javascript • Jquery Selection Process: We will be taking about two weeks to collect applications for the development position. An ideal application would include a brief bio, a list of qualifications, including those listed above with number of years of experience with each. In addition, a small code sample in a language of your choosing. Once the initial two weeks go by, we will start to narrow down and schedule interviews with select applicants. Development Process: Once we have selected a developer, we will schedule requirements meetings via skype or a similar video chat program to ensure that all requirements are stated clearly up front. I will be available for questions during EST daylight hours (8am-10pm) should there be confusion. We will schedule weekly check-ins for status and any setbacks that may appear during the development process. We are currently estimating that the project will take one to two months, depending on development speed and experience.

Basically looking for a developer/designer individual or company who has developed penny&cent auctions, show/reveal price or lowest unique website, but the difference of instead on biding system is draw/raffle process which is based on lotto mechanics and uses set algorithm to determine winner of the raffle. Also to save development time is best if you have already ready made mentioned auction portal, that can be reconfigured to run raffle system as the site basics and functionality would be almost the same as penny auction/lowest unique bid auction website. Website would be offering two different types of options for registered users to get products that are on site. First option is that site admin has added products and users can buy them, the mechanics is “show price” this means that user would click show price after that credits would be debited from user account and user will see the price, if users likes the revealed price user can purchase the item at shown cost. Second option would be that site has raffle items in set time and with timer, where registered users can participate and compete with each other for products (electronics, gift cards, services...) user need to redeem tickets and the winner or winners are determined by a draw. Did made a lower budget version, see word doc for detailed description Extras can be downloaded here: 1) https://www.upload.ee/files/5959892/Page.pdf.html 2) https://www.upload.ee/files/5971038/Credit_Packs.png.html 3) https://www.upload.ee/files/5971046/raffle_1.jpg.html 4) https://www.upload.ee/files/5971047/raffle_2.jpg.html Also maybe someone can contact upwork and offer services t0 develop a option that site users could attach more than one file. why would they also not "realize" that upwork user interface is no good compared to elance.
