We are looking for a network professional who can troubleshoot and potentially fix a DMVPN setup between 5 global sites over the internet (No MPLS or leased line connections). The DMVPN tunnels are connected via Cisco routers, but connection is lost between some sites multiple times per day. We would like the connections to be as stable as possible. The ideal candidate would be familiar with Cisco networking equipment and protocols such as GRE, NHRP, EIGRP and BGP.

We are looking for some creativity for a small budget ! I know a lot to ask... In short - we are looking to have our current ELK Stack which is currently accepting Netflow do some analysis and then create a visual dashboard for us to view in real time. For the sake of performance and analytics I'm after, I'm only interested in timestamp, source IP, source port, destination IP, destination port, bytes, packets, interface and protocol. We would love to have an overview showing this in graphical format (thus this job) We would also love to have a map showing where all traffic is headed and coming from GeoLocate there is a project already open that does some of this based on NTOP https://github.com/QXIP/Qbana We do NOT have ntop installed on this instance but could be added pretty easily I would assume. In short - we are looking to provide some useful information to our NOC folks for the routers and networks we for which we provide support. As a Not-For-Profit provider - our budget is pretty low but think this is a great project long term.

I'm looking for a network specialist to interconnect two networks with Cisco / Mikrotik or better proposal. Let me explain the attached file where you can check the problem and the goal I would like you can reach. Currently we have connected 4 offices in different cities throught private network of ISP Y. All offices can reach servers in city A. I can't check routing information inside the cisco routers in any office, due to the fact that routers belong to ISP Y, besides ISP Y takes too long to give me information about configuration or support when we have problems with interconnection between offices. So we decided to change to ISP X who would give us the service of interconnection between our offices. But there is a problem, City D is far away, so ISP X would take around 2 months to place its router in city D. In cities A, B and C, ISP X have alredy setup its router, so we could migrate city A, B and C and they would be interconnected between them. Nevetheless, as City D is going to take 2 months to have a router from ISP X, we are thinking to keep service with ISP Y so that City D can reach main office in city A where are the servers. But when packets arrives from city D to city A, they would be looking for ips of servers, but servers are in network of ISP X. By the way, routers from ISP X and ISP Y on city A are in the same room. I can't connect a cable between switch of ISP X and ISP Y, due to the fact that I would have 2 gateway with the same ip address 10.1.10.1. Besides, I can't make any change on routers of ISP Y, as I said, they have very very bad support, they would take years to add a static route. My idea to interconnect both networks and make possible that City D can reach servers on Network of ISP X woudl be the following: Configure router mikrotik 1 with ip of the servers, resend packet to next step (Router mikrotik 2) and then introduce packet to the network where servers are. In routers of ISP X, it's possible to ask ISP X to add a static route so that servers can reach network in city D 10.4.0.0/16 Another idea would be to access to router cisco from ISP Y in City A and change routing, but I don't have password of the router, as I say, it belongs to isp Y. But if you know how you can access to router and change routing, it would solve the issue soon. In summary, I need a networks experienced specialist who can make office in City D reach servers in City A taking into account the drawbacks I explained previously. By the way, I just gave some ideas to solve the issue, don't know if it would work well, but if you have a better proposal let me know. Please, avoid copy and paste curriculum as your answer, I would like to know more about your propose about this project. Remember I can read your curriculum in your freelancer profile. Thank you so much for your attention Robert

We have some API's data in JSON which we would need to get vizualized with Gephi. These data are the Facebook's activities of 4 Facebook users. In order to do so we need to have the data tagged follwing to accomlish a topic modelling analysis (see attched file for a preliminary tagging of the data) This is just a sample test of a broader research. What we would like to visualize (possibly with Gephi, but also with other softwares): - who are the users who post the most - if what they post is their own stuff or is taken from other sources - who are the users who receive the greatest number of shares/likes from other users (from all their friends' connections, not only the five users involved) - frequency of connections among the five users (who are the most connected and least connected) - concerning these connections among the four users, we would also like to understand what kind of post/comments are shared This last point is related to the tagging of content. This leads to understand the kind of use that each user make of FB in relation to certain friends/connections TAG LABELLING. At this stage we need to find a general way to tag activities. So, I came up with two types of tags. The first type has to do with the kind of message posted/shared/commented/liked: 1) personal 2) related to others (users/events, etc.) 3) job-related 4) hobby-related The second type of tags has to do with the function that posts have. We thought of using a linguistic model (created by Jakobson, a professor of linguistics: here you find a brief description: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jakobson's_functions_of_language). There are six categories: 1) Referential function (when the posts/comments describe something related to the context, such as when one user geocalise himself) 2) Poetic function (when the posts/comments are reflections/thoughts, etc.) 3) Emotive function (when the posts/comments relate to the user’s mood/state of mind, etc.) 4) Conative function (when the posts/comments of a user are meant to engage with other users, such as when someone asks for help/suggestions/questions) 5) Phatic function (when posts/comments are simply meant to “keep in contact” with other users: for example “likes” are phatic reactions, but also emoticons are emotive and phatic ways to react) 6) Metalinguistic function: (when posts/comments reflect upon Facebook. For example: the posts we have shared for testing the app are metalinguistic) Of course, these two types of tags can be combined: this means that each post can be personal and job-related, but also that it can have a referential/emotive/conative function.
