Currently I am using Spitos Google Analytics extension for my OC store.
There are two problems I currently have due to a third party checkout (Credit Card and 7-11 COD)
1. The Ecommerce report in Google Analytics are not getting the orders that are checkout using the third party checkout. So I have no reports on this at all (value, conversion rate, etc).
2. When the customer selects the third party checkout during the checkout, the customer needs to click in Confirm Order. This will redirect the customer to another website for entering the credit card or select a shipping store, and after completing this part the customer gets the success page.
The problem is that right after the customer click in confirm order, he will receive the success order email. It has happened that the customer just close the credit card windows and dont finish the order. I want to avoid sending the email if they haven't reached to the success page.
