With WordPress + Gravity Forms I want to create a form to send a specific formatted e-mail (turned into SMS) to a list of users that are created with a CPT.
1/ CPT 'Drivers' has fields: lastname, firstname, mobile number (eg: 0032476334422), category (all, group1, group2)
2/ Gravity Form with fields
a) or selection of a specific user group, or select individual users (with a checkbox)
b) text area field for sms content
3/ E-mail format:
- to: email@example.com (this is the e-mail to sms service I need to send the e-mail)
>> as you see mob nr is formatted from 0032476334422
>> the e-mail need to be send to every single selected user and its corresponding reformatted mobile number with @test.eu
- subject: (contains an API key)
- body: contains text area content
The aim of the whole thing is that users of their intranet (wordpress) have a page where they can send an SMS to a list of people or specific people.
With all the plugins and code available, I'm quite sure there must be something available ti setup this architecture. But I have no time to figure this out.
Alternative better architectural proposals are welcome of course.
