We are reformatting all of our websites from static to responsive. I have a four-page section of one of our sites that I need to work on...it's literally copying and pasting HTML from the static site into a responsive page that has already been set up, and then adjusting the graphics, photos and YouTube links to be responsive (just adding the responsive code snippet to each graphic). Maybe a few devs, if they need adjusting for responsive.
It's very easy for someone who knows HTML but it's a quick turnaround and I am too busy to work on it. I can provide a link so that you can view the site pages to see what's there in order to provide a better bid but it's just text, photos/images (jpegs), and some YouTube video links.
The pages are set up in PHP containers, so if you know PHP, great, but it's not really necessary...all of the content is HTML. It just makes it easier to recognize how the site is set up...header and footer are on separate pages that you would not need to worry about.
