Looking to have a rostering system created for our business that can be hosted online.
General features are as follows :
Staff have own accounts with profile fields (First Name, Surname, DOB, Address, Email, phone, emergency contact)
- Can login to add their availability, view their shifts, see the complete roster and initiate shift swaps
-Allow staff to swap their shift with other staff requiring approval by management
-Button for staff to ‘confirm’ their shift, change colour on roster once confirmed
Staff user groups / role types
Management, Administration, Supervisor, Reception, Cafe, Floor, Laser Tag, Parties, Party Leader, Catering
-Management can create rosters, approve shift swaps and modify rosters
-Management can change staff passwords and select which groups staff are in
Have default shift types to be set on the roster for each day but modifiable e.g.
'Floor 10:00am-2:30pm, Floor 2:30pm-7:00pm' 'Laser Tag 3pm-7pm'
Allow previous rosters to be copied forward and modified for the next week
Warning if staff are added to multiple shifts on the same time/day
Add a pay rate to staff profiles and calculate wage costs when creating roster/choosing staff (viewable by management)
Inbuilt messaging / memo system to communicate to staff (from management to staff groups and messages between users)
-Option to notify staff via email once rosters are online and viewable or a message has been sent to them
