Looking for an experienced quick working MS Access SQL business analysis who is very proficient at manipulating data in MS Access (i.e creating queries that join tables to build new tables and other data-sets) and knowledge of AP, PO and Vendor master files.
The job involves importing existing tables (to be provided) and using unique links between the tables to build queries and new tables based on criteria below.
1. ... The required output tables include
(a) table of all transactions with key fields like PO date, Invoice date, vendor information and other relevant AP fields as required (i.e build a flat file with all fields from all tables);
(b). ... Table of transactions where PO date is greater than the AP Invoice data;
(c) Table of transactions where PO date is less than the AP Invoice data;
(d) Summary table of (b) above - i.e Vendor Number, Vendor Name, PO number and sum of Invoice amount;
(e) All of the above tables with their corresponding queries in MS Access version 2013 or 2016
(f) All of the above tables in CSV format files;
