The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Talent Search of our Executive & Sr. Executive Producers. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new sales prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
• Supply lead generation for the Company’s Executive and Sr. Executive Producers.
• Search for lead database(s)
• Create | input leads into the Company CRM (after crosschecking database for duplicates)
• Assist in other lead generation duties on a Project basis
• Research and make available within the Company CRM
• Create | input alternate forms of leads to the Company CRM (as applicable)
• Qualify cold leads
• Have positive feedback from Producers (quality info/ high response rate/ high close rate, etc.)
