We expect this job to take 20 to 30 hours. Getting the books up to date for 2016 to date. The current state is that 90% of expense are classified correctly all ready. We have about 300 transactions per mo. Here is what we need done: - Updating the chart of accounts to make sure we have the right buckets setup - Making sure all transactions are classified correctly for all of 2016 - Some transactions like Amazon ones need to be sorted into the right bucket depending upon the item. - Reconciliation of all accounts - Separating income into buckets We will pay hourly for this first job and time will be tracked in QB audit log. We have lots more work and would like find someone to work 10 to 15 hours per week ongoing. Thus this is our test to see if it would be a good fit.

Any new entry manually setup category and include in memory so that all future entries get updated automatically. Setup reminders for due dates and other important events.
