I do a lot of interviews audio and video, some are short and some are long. My projects vary from time to time, some days I may have 1 project other days I can have 5 projects in a day so flexibility is a must. My audios and videos I would expect them to be transcribed ASAP, sometimes I may need to include verbatim, timelines and may have additional speakers but that is mainly dependent on the project. I would like someone who is ready at any given time, whether you are good in mornings, afternoons and evenings because when I have a project, I need it transcribed within 8-12 some maybe 24 hours but mainly 8-12 hours. My budget maybe low to you but this is temporary with good reason. I have used freelances before and once paid $20 for a project and they did the worst job I have ever seen. So initially if you can prove to me you are reliable, fast, hard working and one of those people that just gets on with the job then the rate per job will go up very quickly but you must prove it. This is simply because of my experience with freelance workers, I hope you all understand.
