Hi, I am looking for someone to either help to do upgrades to my current web based document management system or just re-create a new one that is similar. It's pretty basic but it needs to be HIPPA compliant so it's safe and secure. Our current application is written in asp.net but not sure if that's the best way to go. I am looking for something that users can upload or view pdf or any other types of documents or video (Although probably not too much video if any). Also to be able to generate a report as to who viewed the files, when the file it to expire, etc. The administrator can view all document types but each user can only view his/her own files. We are already set up but if you can re-create what we have done in word press or another type that is user friendly moving forward that may be the way to go. (Or just add to our current application)
