I strongly believe that a culture which promotes inclusion and diversity creates better and stronger leaders. I see the efforts being made by company X to promote diversity by providing mentoring programs for diverse members and founding a diversity and inclusion subcommittee. I believe that my inclusion to the company will promote these efforts because my unique upbringing will advance a workplace culture that promotes different viewpoints.
