I am looking for someone that can create a real estate website with the funcionaility of this website: realestatebay.ca We are looking for a classy and elegant looking site, wordpress is fine. But the Toronto MLS listings must update automatically daily and the foreclosure section must have only power of sale listings and must update automatically. If you visit realestatebay.ca and click the properties menu tab, we want the same functions...to search by intersection, by municipality, etc. Also on the right side of her site it says Power of Sale/Foreclosure and shows only the Foreclosure homes....I want this added to the drop down menu as well. This will take custom coding to accomplish. Please only reply if you are familiar and experienced with TREB (toronto real estate board) IDX feed and can custom code it. Let me know time frame and pricing. Must be mobile friendly and SEO friendly. Thank you!
