As Support Associate, you'll carry out a wide range of administration and coordination for onshore BD leadership/teams, utilizing the processes and tools of the AIBD team. You'll interface regularly with onshore team members and internal personnel. Your specific assigned activities may vary, based on the needs of the onshore stakeholders. This individual also plays a key role in program management, execution and measurement of go-to-market programs and initiatives.

Typical activities will include the following:
To serve as the single point of contact responsible for executing day to day tasks related to one or more clients in a work-stream
You'll work effectively as a team member by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
Perform industry and company research utilising online tools and publicly available information
Responsible for meeting contractual SLA's Quality, Turn-Around-Time, Budgets etc.
Building relationships with the leadership team
Knowledge of the Service Line business environment
Facilitating the collection, communication and sharing of business knowledge and best practice across the function
Participate in team meetings (virtual), review items discussed, and act/plan accordingly
Act as the knowledge manager for the onshore team, and manage databases and/or websites
Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans and communications, and provide updates as needed
Proactively identify project risks, and opportunities for improving processes
May help coordinate multi-location engagements, using effective communications
Develop strong working relationships with onshore and anticipate onshore needs
Gain in-depth knowledge about the services the GSS AIBD provides, and utilize that knowledge to recommend ways to improve the service offered
Capture and share knowledge with key stakeholders, using agreed channels
Master degree in accounting, business or finance (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
Ideally the candidate should have knowledge of EY business development practices
Familiar with CRM systems such as InterAction
Experience related to mergers and/or acquisitions transactions preferred
Experience in re-engineering, turnarounds or business integrations, with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments
