We need a developer to create a web service that will receive data from a device with certain protocol and convert it to meaningful information and send the meaningful information to another IP for manipulation. If possible the web service should be able to identify and store different accounts for different users where data from hardware will be sent to different IP based on the user. We will give the candidates the communication protocol which is in HEX and binary and then the web service should receive the data and send meaningful data such as GPS location , time , Number of RFIDs, RFID tags and so on. The web service should be a two way communication , We should also be able to send commands to the device using the APIs that you will create. the candidate must be experience in different protocols conversion. The webservice then should be hosted in a host like amazon with elastic hosting option Sample of the protocol is attached

For example: Pepperstone FX broker (demo IP = Setup direct TCP connection and retrieve the data the same way that MT4 terminal would do it. I don't want a bridge between terminal and c++. I'm looking for a developer that has already written once an application that uses TCP Hole Punching, I've already written an application but I have issues with the socket port binding. The server part is already written, so both clients already have the Public and Private info of each other I just can't get the clients to connect. I'm not looking for someone to figure this out for me, I'm looking for someone that understands what TCP Hole Punching is and has already done it before using a .NET language. If you've done this before but are not happy with the price, please let me know and I'll gladly negotiate. This is an urgent project, and I expect you to be able to explain this to me quite fast or provide me with a working code sample. I will share the code with you if you're the right candidate. Thanks you

We are looking to implement the attached paper for testing purposes. the paper explains how to add FEC for steams with open source software. Forward Error Correction is an efficient solution to the packet loss problem. Data source symbols being sent across a network may be encoded using erasure codes to create redundant data. This redundant data may then be decoded on the receiving end to recover dropped packets. Many different erasure codes exist. The FEC component of this video streaming library has been implemented using Reed-Solomon based codes from an open-source erasure coding library, Jerasure. Reed-Solomon codes fall under the category of erasure codes labeled as MDS (Maximum Distance Separable). MDS codes have a nice property: k source symbols can be encoded to create m repair symbols such that among the k+m total symbols, any m erasures are tolerable. This means that data recovery is possible for any combination of m packets lost as long as at least k packets are received. The type of packet(s) received (source or repair) does not matter. Kindly check the attached paper for more information. please read the paper carefully and place your bid with REAL value.
