I am looking for someone who is an expert in UK law to contribute towards a light hearted article I'm writing about Nicola Sturgeon and what laws of Great Britain (that are still current no matter how old) in which she could be breaking by her stance on the EU referendum and Scotland and forcing Scotland into a second vote for independence. This followed a conversation with someone about how she could technically be arrested for High Treason, now whilst I appreciate that would be very unlikely it did get me thinking about how fun it would be to write an humorous article outlining what laws she could be breaking!

I am looking to establish a business in China selling foreign products, imported into China from a number of potential different countries. I need to better understand what is legally and commercially required to sell products: direct to consumers via Chinese e-commerce platforms, and distributing to retailers. In particular I need to understand at a high level the particulars around Chinese import law, whether or not I need to register a business in China to undertake this activity, and specific legislation pertaining to the product categories below. I will need this for both of the different distribution approaches ( distributing to retailers and via e-commerce platforms). The countries the products would be sourced from include The Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand. The products include: Whey Protein ( From Germany and Netherlands ) Beauty Products ( From Germany and the Netherlands and New Zealand ) Baby Clothes ( From Germany, The Netherlands, and New Zealand ) I would appreciate if you were to send me links to the relevant bits of legislation where you find this information. Looking forward to hearing from you - and welcome your feedback !

I would like to establish a company in India. But I am not a resident or citizen of India and currently, I am not in India. It's going to be a tea trading company. We buy different teas from Indian suppliers, pack them into our packaging under our brand name and sell to local supermarkets and partners. Although it will be some export/import operations. PS I am looking for long term partner in India who is able to handle all company needs in term of laws, taxes etc.
