Hey there! My name is Jonathan, and I'm a full-time designer with a few side projects in need of more support. I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can help me during the week for an average of 1–2 hours per day, ideally long-term. MUST speak great English. You’ll be doing a variety of tasks, including: 1. Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling meetings, booking travel, etc.) 2. Finding & scheduling content to go out on Twitter / Facebook (I can teach you) 3. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often) If you are a good fit, there is room to grow in the position. I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. Big bonus if you consider yourself an optimist. Please let me know: 1. Your hourly rate (if it's more than $8/hr please don't apply) 2. What hours you’re available (please convert this to the PST time-zone) 3. Why you are VA — What do you enjoy most about it? Cheers, Jonathan

Hi! I would like help planning a work trip to Austin, TX. I would like activities and what order we should do them in. I want an hour-by-hour itinerary, perhaps two different version, that includes travel time. I need links to book a hotel or Airbnb (most important, this is a priority). Context: A couple, another woman and I are going to Austin Oct 14 - 18 leaving SFO in the evening, probably arriving at 8pm and then driving to Houston on Tuesday after work (around 6pm). We are working on Monday and Tuesday 10am - 6pm at 600 Congress Ave, 14th Floor, Austin, TX 78701. We want a hotel or airbnb within walking distance of the office that has a hot tub. We need at least two beds and prefer two bedrooms if possible. We have already rented a sedan. We have not booked flights and are open to arriving on Saturday instead of Friday night. We need to be able to pay with two credit cards so ideally we can book the reservation in two chunks e.g. two nights and two nights. Requirements: 1. One day in the water (I heard Austin has many water activities). Please specify the beach/location and tell us the rules e.g. no alcohol allowed, or the sand is rocky so bring water shoes. 2. Great food, esp Asian. No chains or anything touristy. We heard BBQ is very good. We are looking for restaurants in the $ to $$ price range. I travel frequently and would love to find a reliable person that I can use for future trips or assignments. Please send me your work after one hour and then I can figure out if it's what I am looking for or not.

We are looking to create walking guides for travellers for different cities written by travel experts. If you have local knowledge about locations from the list or if you have expert knowledge about other popular locations not mentioned, please apply. The format of the guide will be typically a short overview summary of the destination followed by a comprehensive list of stop points of interest with titles and then a description which can be used to convey why this point is of significance. Each point should have a location reference to put on a map and if possible extra will be given for supply of reference images for each point. If you were to take someone on a tour of the location - you would want to show them all of these points in order to get the most from their visit. You may be able to provide multiple guides for a single location if there are more than one place to visit. The length of each guide will vary depending on the location so the content will be based on each individual walking trail. Paris Athens Lisbon Berlin Munich Frankfurt Rome Milan Liverpool others...
