this document. It contains some Proof of Concept experiments we wish to conduct. Please:
- read the doc
- ask me if clarification required (its a sub-doc)
- advise me if you think it can be done and want to job of conducting the PoC experiments
- let me know your best cost for doing so den will work on more projects after this .

The doc talks about BabylonJS, however if three, unity, or some other engine works better with openlayers then we use that.
-As an overview (I probably should have sent you the parent design doc):
Its a mobile app, hooked to web services, which are also hooked to PLCs controlling farm machinery like tractors, pumps, valves etc. And also reading and graphing output from sensors, like soil moisture, temp, humidity.
SO the farmer, using the app, sees a map, finds his farm, cordons it off (taps out a polygon), then using a 3d canvas he starts to: cordon off paddocks/fields, drop trees/barns/buildings/dams/creeks/fences/etc.
Thus he builds a visual 3d representation of his farm.
Then we add the control objects: pumps, machinery, sensors, workers, etc.
You can start an irrigation pump via the interface and so on .
