In ChampionTutor, we endeavour the utmost customer service level to our clients. Therefore, we possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility in handling every tuition requests promptly, and to ensure great satisfaction to our clients.
You are not required to look for your own customers, but to handle any tuition requests which are coming from our website and through phone calls.
You are required to liaise with the parent/student of their tutor's requirements. E.g. Student's availability and preference for the tutor.
You are required to liaise with the tutor directly, and to assess his/her ability to guide the student in the requested subject.
Your job is focusing on coordination, matching the right tutor to our client, as well as processing the e-invoice and following up on the payment status.
Receipt of payment is handled by another department.
What we are looking for?
Committed and self motivated individuals
Possess a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Good and tactful skills in handling different types of customers
Able to speak fluently in English, and Mandarin is ideal.
Able to allocate at least a few hours a day for tuition coordination
You can choose to work anywhere, as long as there is an Internet connection available.
You are expected to possess your own desktop/laptop to handle the coordination.
You are required to use your own home/mobile phone to speak to the client.
The entire coordinating process is carried out online, from searching of tutors to sending of SMS.
Training will be provided, from using our system to managing different types of clients.
You will be offered a tiered commission plan, and earn as much as 50% of commission for each successful assignment
