General Function: Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Follow up with customers upon status updates of their inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Incoming call/Live chat responsibilities;
Completion of tasks delegated by supervisor or manager.
This includes, but is not limited to: processing requests for refunds, Return Authorizations (RA’s), parts requests, UPS claims, and special tasks
All customer follow up and issue resolution.
Excellent communications skills;
Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese fluently and clearly;
Fluency in English is also required.
Friendly and patient personality;
Ability to work overtime as necessary after September through the holiday season;
Proficient Microsoft office skills;
Ability to learn and utilize customer service software(s).
