We are Los Angeles' top rated medical spa with two beautiful locations in West Hollywood and Santa Monica. Because of this, we receive heavy volume of calls every single day.
Currently our front desk is answering these calls, however, because the front desk is ALSO busy checking clients in and out, and giving great customer service, the call quality is often neglected and many times the prospective customer is left un-wowed, which means we LOSE sales from these very expensive potential customers.
To be able to give our callers a "WOW" type of experience from the initial call and beyond, we would like to outsource our calls to influential, laser-focused representatives who know enough about our services in a manner to get the prospective customer to book a free consult or treatment with us.
Looking for individuals who can be assigned calls (in your free time) at your home or home office. This is a "work from home" position open to anyone in continental USA.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
EXPERT ability to build rapport with clients.
ABLE TO INFLUENCE
Able to build TRUST to have the customer ultimately book (and show up for their appointments).
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native or Bi-Lingual English speakers, with understanding of idioms and colloquialisms.

Able to answer calls within 2 rings.
Callers never to be placed on hold.
80% call closure rate.
Once hired, you would be paid for the total hours of time you answering calls.
All calls are recorded for quality assurance.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Review phone calls from staff to track consultation conversions and any missed opportunities.
Follow up with missed connections/conversions to get the consultation or treatment booked with prospective clients.
Review and handle any customer inquiries and complaints.
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Our call needs are 8:30am to 11pm, daily, PST. You would have a designated time where you can be digitally assigned calls, YOU CHOOSE!
