WellnessLiving develops cutting-edge business management software for the Health and Wellness Industry, which includes fitness studios, yoga & pilates studios, gyms, martial arts centers, spas, salons, and massage businesses.
Due to exceptional growth and planned further expansion, we are seeking Help Desk/ Customer Support Executives.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are:
Must have a positive attitude. Our number one priority is making the customer happy and that should be your number one priority as well.
Answer all incoming calls from customers and troubleshoot client technical issues – including software usage, assist in initial set-up and the onboarding process for new customers.
Must love to talk to customers and have a customer is always right mentality.
Must have the natural ability to want to solve customer issues as well as skills to diffuse unhappy customers.
Keep clients informed of progression with issues and provide follow up as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to expedite resolutions.
Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients.
Assist in after hours rotation once training has been completed(these tasks would be assigned as you progress in the role).
Trace software to determine root causes of issues (these would also be assigned as you progress through the role)
2+ years of experience working in a technical role, preferably a technical support role, involving close communication with customers and the internal support teams.
Post-secondary degree is mandatory, degree in computer science or related field a strong asset.

Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word and
