I need to automate responses to my customers. Now in my third year of online retailing, there are a number of questions that my customers repeatedly ask. Despite information being available on our website or previously sent via email, customers still make daily requests via 800 #, email and chat functions on my website. I would like to build some basic AI to help customers that have basic questions, relating to: - product sizing - shipping, returns and exchanges - order updates/cancellations Going one step further, if it was possible to tie in the AI to execute tasks with a myriad of databases and files currently used to manage the business, that would be excellent. For example, after customer requests an exchange, the order would need to be entered into our WMS to be shipped, entries would need to be made in internal spreadsheets to track the return and exchange, tracking information would need to be obtained and sent to customer. This is a long-term project. Not even sure if it's possible but I have to imagine that there's a way to automate some portion of my business. Thanks!

Hi! We help restaurants grow their business via web/mobile/Facebook ordering. We're looking for a smart, capable person to help us handle support coverage over the weekend (with possible backup coverage at other times). During this time, you will also assist with customer service and technical support requests, as well as onboarding of new customers, helping them to get their restaurants set up successfully for online ordering. Everyone in our company has a focus on customer service. While we work on official processes/procedures, you'll be expected to learn as you go and ask questions when you need help. We take inbound requests via chat, email, and phone. Customer requests typically are about problems they're having or system enhancements they'd like to have. We also get sales leads from potential customers, often with questions about how our product would work for them. We also do remote installs of our software on client computers, so you would be expected to perform these remote installations (with training) and troubleshoot installations when they have issues. You must be fluent in English and be able to write/speak in a conversational tone. Technical experience is a huge plus. You must be able to install software and perform basic configuration tasks on Windows and web applications. If you're a coder and can hold a conversation, you're probably qualified, so please apply.
