We're looking for a Customer Support Superstar who is ready to apply their excellent command of the English language and customer support skills to a fast-paced support desk.
You will be thoroughly briefed, given templates to work from, but we also expect stellar English & spelling skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet.

Hours of work are 8-10 hours per day responding to help tickets in Google mail. Knowledge of the Google Apps is a MUST for this role. This is an on-going role - we will take you on for ONE WEEK, and if we are happy with your activity, will keep you on long-term with regular reviews of satisfaction ratings you are given by customers.
