We manage over 600 properties and are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills to help train our existing staff and new staff. We have a phone system built into our software and it allows us to have remote workers and in-office workers. We take a lot of phone calls and we do not have a good resource to teach them how to professionally handle phone calls. We want a trainer to listen to phone calls and handle coachable moments with the staff. This could be a part time or full time job. We probably need 2-3 hours per day for the training part. You would listen to calls and work with them in a one-to-one basis. If you are looking for a full-time job then we could also have you fielding calls.
