oDesk is looking for a top-notch customer service representative to join our team and provide help ticket support for our users. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service (with ticket system exposure), stellar verbal and written communication skills, and a drive to WOW customers! Multiple shifts and hours are available, part time and full time. Days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
