In this position, there are a number of roles that you might be assigned to, depending on your exact skill sets such as:
Creating and setting up online ads
Day to day management and training of the team
Collecting and reporting KPIs
Assisting in the setup of marketing campaigns
Maintaining social media profiles
Customer outreach to help our top clients and ensure their success
Customer support and making improvements to the support team
Assisting in reporting of financial data
Team outreach to ensure team is happy, and to coordinate fun activities for virtual team
Writing customer training
Increase sales from helpdesk and other internal processes
Coordinate short term projects with multiple people involved using own initiative to reach goals
Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:
Ideally we're looking for someone who has an MBA, has worked as a teacher, or who has experience running their own company along with managing staff.
Exceptional English Skills - both written and oral
Creative and sales writing experience.
Experience with managing a Helpdesk or other Customer Service Department
Strong Collaboration and Reporting skills
Social Media and online marketing experience
Creative thinking and initiative to come up with ideas to improve results
A technical mind that is good at solving problems
The ability to teach and train others in the appropriate helpdesk procedures
Attention to detail is critically important in this customer-facing role
Project management experience
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support applications
A good telephone voice for speaking with international clients is preferred
