We are an online workplace wellness company that offers employers evidence-based 12 week wellness programs that lead employees to create health habits that last long after the program is done! We are seeking a health coach with a strong awareness of the science behind stress management and stress reduction, including experience with meditation, breathing techniques, and a clear understanding of how exercise, healthy eating and positive thinking all are effective methods for reducing stress. The opportunity is for 12 weeks, beginning September 14, and the coach will have access to all the online tools needed to easily manage coaching for nearly 30-50 employees.
