Meet regularly with our company support representatives (including our Travel Ambassadors) to help them perform their best.
Our team of 12 geographically-distributed Support staff fulfill complex airfare travel for dozens of people daily, and then support those travelers after the sale. The Support team handles questions via email, live chat and phone with 24/7 support. They support 2 brands and 3 sales channels.
All work is remote. You would meet via webcam.
You would be a coach, not the director of Support or director of Customer Satisfaction or director of Customer Happiness or whatever you want to call it. We have one of those who is wonderful.
We are looking outside the company for this position because we believe a dedicated job coach can help bring out the best in each colleague. Having our head of Support do this job is overwhelming.
