Salary: Hourly rate PLUS commission.

Company Description: We are a national computer repair company based in the United States providing both on-site and remote support to our customers. We are looking to add remote technical support staff to assist our current Iloilo technical team.
Technical support specialist will be taking customer calls and chats for remote repairs using screen sharing technology. The majority of our calls are for virus removal.
- Call center friendly voice
- Familiar with manual virus / spyware removal (other than running an antivirus scan)
- Must have two separate Internet connection to use our VOIP phone. (Cable or DSL only, not wireless)
- Must be available full time for overnight shifts Philippine time, 5 days per week.
- Must have a quiet place to work (No noises from jeepney's, roosters, etc in the background)
