We're expanding our support team over at SiteOrigin. We're looking for someone who can interact directly with customers in a patient, empathetic way.
We create and support a wide range of fairly complex plugins including Page Builder, Widgets Bundle and SiteOrigin CSS. After you become familiar with these plugins, you should be able to answer most of the basic usage questions that come around.
You'll also be working with our existing support team. Carrying out issue diagnosis and researching solutions to various user problems.
Familiarity with CSS and HTML is a must. It's also essential that you can write English at a first language level.
