We have an award winning sketching app for iPad and iPhone called Concepts: Smarter Sketching https://concepts.tophatch.com/ We are looking for someone to handle support issues in English (other languages would be great too). We have a manual, FAQ and videos that explain how to use our Concepts in detail. This job will use those resources to provide written answers to support requests.
