I currently use a third-party company to manage my customer service queries across all sales channels and across all countries. But they are turning out to be more expensive than I had budgeted for.
So I am now looking for an experienced CS agent to manage this going forward.
Tasks involve responding to customer queries via email. Theses are usually about deliveries, exchanges or refunds. Most can be answered with a template email - but I do like responses to be personalised and to have a friendly and caring tone. It is also important that we are seen to solve the problem, rather than putting barriers in the way, or imposing conditions on what customers want.
