We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for the timely and efficient completion of support tickets and the management of the online chat system by analyzing issues and providing solutions to students and teachers in Canada.
Working time : 6 pm to 2 am, Eastern Standard Time for 5 days a week (Saturday, Sunday, and any other 3 days of the week as per their convenience).
