Your main role is to help the customer through his purchase experience through a phone support as well as email-based support.
The support is performed in both English and Japan languages.
The schedule is already defined:
7am to 3pm Japan Standard Time, from Mondays to Fridays.
Quiet room to work from and a good headset
Can handle 20-25 calls per day and 30-60 tickets in a regular day
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good operating system and computer technical skills
Strong motivation and high level of commitment
Autonomy and good time management skills
Broadband internet connection and a good computer
