Need someone to review quality of our live support team and help manage it. We want to make sure that our team is operating at peak performance. We have a 24/7 operations of home based team members but will need a full overview of the teams performance. We are running into issues of team members not showing up on time or at all, and we need a system implemented to resolve these issues. We can add more tools to manage the team but at the moment we use livechatinc.com and timedoctor.com Also you will need to manage and work with the team to work out any issues that you see. Most of our team chat team members are in the philippines so looking for someone who can relate and understand how to work with these members best. A plus if you can help in finding more chat members and training them once you learn the ropes of our system. Our company mainly deals with tech support for android, IOS and PC devices. With android rooting being the key service. Will also need you to setup and manage scheduling of each team member to make sure we have smooth 24/7 coverage with more members covering peak hours. Right now we have a system in play but need some to manage it.

This is a very UNIQUE position, loosely in the field of customer service and/or virtual assistant services. As a Health Advocate, you will take on the persona of a number of different friendly software avatars as they interact with seniors. You will control various aspects of each avatar's behavior -- in particular, conversation. We require staffing at all hours of the day, especially waking hours in the US. You will likely start out on an ON-CALL or PART-TIME basis until you have demonstrated excellence in on-the-job training and your abilities are proven. In short, we chat with our customers' website visitors to answer questions and turn them into leads and sales. We are currently adding to our team of live chat agents as our customer base is growing. We have worked with virtual teams since 2006. We have a great understanding of what we need to provide to you to ensure you can succeed in this position. Here's what we have to help you succeed with our company: - Training resources via our private team website, including video tutorials, quick checklists to use during work, etc. - A defined "conversation flow" to help you manage website chats effectively. You will *not* be expected to just "handle chats". We've developed a simple framework that will help you know what to do in different situations. - A well designed chat software that includes templates for common questions of website visitors and the ability to easily handle multiple chats at once. - And of course access to your team lead and other team members as needed to help you.
