I require a call center capable of handling multiple simultaneous inbound calls. Each agent would be required to take down information such as name, address, phone number as well potentially taking down credit card information. Agents may be required to also read script as well as provide information to any customers who have questions about the product. We also require outbound calls to potential leads in order to generate additional sales. Each agent will attempt to resell the product to their best ability. This will be an on going campaign with a high volume of calls.
