We are a small ad agency based on Seattle, WA. There's 5 of us, we specialized in advertising on Facebook. We're young, passionate, hard-working guys/gals looking for someone to help us on the customer service side. I'm looking to find full-time workers that are smart, responsive, excellent at following precise instructions, being organized and can work during our business hours 9am -> 6pm Pacific time-zone. We require someone who can fully commit into working in this schedule - do not apply if you are not available during this time. We need someone who is comfortable and confident on the phone, and with an excellent English language command. We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to: Drive acquisition of new “Facebook Research Partners” Handle additional automated phone call duties (activation of CC’s/SIMs) Schedule/call make appointments for Kurt/Keith/Team Daily duties will include: 1) Following up with leads, calling, texting, emailing. Further Explanation: Customer service rep will be making “sales” calls to warm prospects, qualifying and presenting and finally closing them on a program we partner with random people on. a) In these calls they’ll be asked to quickly convince the prospect to the benefit b) Be able to quickly review / size up if the prospect qualifies for the project c) Execute and connect their accounts to our remote systems through steps 2) Remoting into computers, connecting systems to partner computers 3) Updating lead / Partner CRMs 4) Calling CC’s/Banks/SIM card activation lines 5) Making one-off requested appointments from time to time a) Calling a partner for information, doctors office for payment, scheduling appointments Other responsibilities will include(based on them using these): -Improving the lead/sales funnel for new research partners -Improving the CRM system for tracking / managing leads / partners ***Please include your speedtest result when applying.****

Recurly (www.recurly.com) is seeking a skilled, resourceful, self-motivated customer support operator to assist with daily customer LiveChat interactions. Experience with online payments, accounting and payment gateways is preferred.
